A Judge For The People

I’ve been a public servant for over a decade, and I’m prepared to continue that service for decades to come.

I am running for Superior Court Judge in District 26C (Mecklenburg County) in 2026.

I have a deep commitment to justice and fairness within our community. With a rare and balanced perspective—having served on both sides of the courtroom, currently as a senior Assistant District Attorney, and as a former federal public defender, coupled with my civil litigation experience—I’ve seen firsthand how the legal system impacts people’s everyday lives. I believe a judge’s role is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, is treated with respect and impartiality.
